The application asks me every time I use Samsung's game tools (Samsung A53 5G) the authorization to be displayed above the other applications. This permission has already been set but it is requested every time, especially if you lock your phone and the game you are running is horizontal. How can this be solved? Thank you

Have you fully allowed the security permission on sophos mobile for the said application? If you're using the free version, this security permission will be asked upon setting-up the configuration of sophosm mobile after installation. If you'rre Using a manage device, you might refer to this documentation for the steps.

I suggest checking if you're able to consistently replicate this issue by doing the following.
- Open the settings app- Search for "Special access"- Open "Appear on top"- Verify that Intercept X has the permission enabled- Proceed using "Game Tools"
Once done, re-open "Special access" to check if the permission has been changed. This may be expected behaviour when using "Game Tools" as you would not want other pop-ups or alerts to show over-top of the game you're playing.

Sophos Intercept X Mobile is behaving as expected by letting you know that the necessary permissions are no longer applied. It seems like Game Tools is making this change to ensure nothing interrupts the games you launch.
