Hi guys,
do you know how to remove a Sophos Container Policy from an (Android) device? Only way i found was by retiring it, but there gotta be another way, right?

No one?
Is this really not possible? On our customer's site, we have a lot of devices where originally the Sophos Secure Email app was used. We now want to switch to another app and therefore want to get rid of the container policies - but there doesnt seem to be any way. Other policies can just be uninstalled, but not container policies as it seems.
Hi Guys,
I'm testing SMC with an iPad, and seems like either the device fails to apply container policy, or the SMC server fails to push a container policy to the device.
When I open Sophos Email app on the device, it says that there is no configuration for the container present.
The number of failed login attempts that are tolerated before the container apps are locked. Once they are locked an administrator needs to unlock the apps or, if allowed, users can unlock them in Sophos Central Self Service Portal.
