iOS App rollout from Appstore

Hi!

we start managing iOS-devices (iPhone, iPad) with Sophos Mobile. The Management mode is Device and the owner is Corporate.

We have defined a few Apps with iOs link and want to rollout the Apps now on the devices. When the Installation-task starts it waits for the fingerprint of the user on the device and runs after a few minutes into a timeout with the error:

An MDM command could not be executed.

-45

Completely failed

How can we overcome the problem, that a user have to immediately accept the remote installation of a App with a fingerprint.

Hi,

Are you pertaining to fingerprint authentication on Sophos mobile? If so? You may refer to this documentation on page 18 "App Protection" Let me know if this helps.

Hi GlennSen,

thanks for you answer but I haven't found any of the menus referenced in your documentation which seems to be only for "Sophos Intercept X for Mobile" which we don't use. We only use the Sophos Mobile MDM on (DEP) iPhones.
