Device List view no results past page 1

We have over 1000 devices in the system, and no one gets anything listed after page 1.

We tried setting the personal preferences from 20 to 30 and to 100 devices, and I've tried reducing the colums viewed but it hasn't helped.

Has anyone seen this occur before?

Page 1 appears fine, but when we choose to go to next page, you can see below the list doesn't populate.

Server version: 9.6.3 (rev 20698)

all our administrators are experiencing this, and using either IE11 or Chrome.

Only on the device page. This time page 6. Cleared browser cache.

the image is hosted on imgur - perhaps your proxy is filtering it.

yeah, still the same, can only see the first page of devices.

Hi Elwyn Williams

Could you please confirm if you are using SQL version 2008? If so, you will need to upgrade SQL to the latest version.

Once done, perform the following steps:

Run the Sophos Mobile Configuration Wizard

Within the "Database Type Selection" select "Use existing Microsoft SQL Server installation"

Click next and keep the current database server

Select the existing Sophos Mobile database

Complete the Wizard

After doing that switching the device pages should be possible again.

THanks Shweta, so we're on Server version: 9.6.3 (rev 20698) of the MDM,

and the SQL server is 2008 R2.
