Approved apps . Sophos Secure mail

Hallo

We are trying to get auto enrollment to work on Samsung phones and the last thing we need is secure mail to be configured and synced with our exchange.

But it does not work? When we start the Sophos secure mail app it just do nothing, it shows a blue screen with a lock?

Do anyone have an idea, what is wrong?

    you use Android-Enterprise, right? And SMC 9?

     

    If yes: I do have the same issue and told Sophos Support about.

    They called me last Monday and informed me that they have the same issue and will give it to 3rd level support.

    I guess the only thing we can do is waiting. Hopefully not for long.
