After updating to Sophos Mobile 9.0.2 iOS, devices are not able to synchronize emails anymore with the built-in email client if the internal EAS Proxy is used. The issue seems to be caused by the switch from using HTTP/1 to HTTP/2.
This article describes the steps how to disable HTTP/2 on the Sophos Mobile server to get email synchronization working again. Sophos is currently analyzing this issue. The article will be updated with the latest updates as more information becomes available.
