UPDATE:
This issue is now resolved.
Central Mobile "New Enrollment" task is not processing for some customers in the US-West-2 data center. New enrollment task “hangs” on the creation page with the spinning icon, and the QR code is not generated.
Closing the window and navigating to the device we can see the enrollment task and it is stuck in the “Accepted” state.
