Feedback / Feature request - Add support for Connectwise Type, Subtype, and Item, autoclose tickets, thread issues, and more

Just got done setting up the integration and we're all excited to see this finally get some traction. Couple items of feedback / feature requests as y'all on the Sophos side are working on things.

1. Can we get support for Type, Subtype, and Items? This allows us to use workflows to assign urgency and send tickets to their appropriate departments.

2. As mentioned in another forum post, the ability for tickets to auto close if the issue is resolved on the Sophos side of things would be very beneficial.

3. Ticket sync between Manage and Sophos so when a ticket is closed on the Connectwise side of things, it can clear the alert in Central. This would help keep things neat and tidy.

4. Can similar issues be threaded together? This would reduce noise and whatnot for the dispatchers out there.

5. More granularity around what alerts we receive. In general this would help us refine and cut noise out from the alerts.

Any of these items would be a nice improvement to the integration and would likely be of benefit to many MSPs out there.

    We'd like to get more info on some of these items - 

    #2 - Closing tickets in Manage based on the alert being closed in Sophos is not yet supported functionality, but can you share a couple CW ticket ID's where you noticed it closing in Sophos but not in the PSA ?

    #3 - Can you share the customer/company info and the CW ticket ID where you were not able to see the alert closing in Sophos after closing the Manage ticket ?

    #5 - The Configure API Alerts page should give a few options for filtering the type of tickets that would sync into Manage. How did you find those options to help/not ?
