SophosCentralError.log: status code: 429, reason: Too Many Requests

We are getting an error syncing in the plugin so I had ConnectWise Automate support pull the logs since we are hosted).
It looks like we are getting a ton of "status code: 429, reason: Too Many Requests" errors. It looks like (according to your documentation) that we are hitting the api limit.

We have 104 tenants that would be trying to sync.

 

I wonder if that limit is being triggered because anybody who is hosted automate is all using the same couple of ip addresses to hit the api.
