Kaseya VSA Sophos plugin issues. Prompts me to login to Kaseya again.

After installing the Kaseya VSA Sophos plugin it prompts me to login to Kaseya again. However when i do it tells me to contact kaseya support. I am not using the on prem version,d oes this plugin not work for the SaaS(kaseya hosted) version of VSA?

Any and all assistance would be greatly appreciated.

i have installed the new version from your integration.

I have the same issue .

we are using the vsa on prem.

Opening, relogin and again ...
