Hello Suport,
We have been facing an issue with our primary ISP, so we changed our email server mail.sutisoft.in IP address to 182.74.128.234, which is our secondary ISP, 2 days ago.
After the IP change, our emails are bouncing back when we try to communicate with our clients, with the following error messages:
We are requesting you to unblock our business email domain "mail.sutisoft.in" and IP address "182.74.128.234" from your block list.
(reason: 554 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Unverified Client host [mail.sutisoft.in] blocked using uri.cal1.sophosxl.com)
