Advisory: Jan 20, 2021 Sophos Central Email Reports of Time-of-Click returning 401 access denied error KB-000040928Feb 1, 2021 - Can we get an update

Can we get an update on this. We are still experiencing issues with emails being blocked by Time of Click. The KB article

above is still un-resolved....Issue has been opened since January 20, 2021, we are getting reports that some users get the 401 access denied error when clicking Time-of-click links in emails. Can we please get an update

    Our Dev team was still currently looking at this and the workaround for this was the steps listed on the above KB. If you are still experiencing the issue,  please raise a support case and attach the affected email as a sample (in RFC822 /.eml format) and mention the ID XGE-18542 Mentioned on this Post.
