We are happy to announce a series of important enhancements to our "Allow Block List" feature. The allow and block lists enable the admins to have a granular control and flexibility over managing known trusted and untrusted senders. These recent enhancements will allow the admins to have even more control over these lists.

Let's delve into the exciting enhancements:

  1. Admin access to users allow/block list: Admins can now view and manage users allow and block lists effortlessly from Sophos Central. With both account-level and user-level lists available in Sophos Central, admins can easily customize settings to meet their organization's unique requirements.
  2. Expanded Wildcard Support: We have extended the wildcard support for sender domains and addresses. The wildcard support was previously limited to at the beginning and the end. For example, user@domai*.com was not supported. This enhancement now accommodates wildcards in the middle as well.
  3. CSV Export and import: Admin can now export and import the allow/block lists at both levels (admin allow/block and user allow/block). This helps in bulk update, review, analysis, and collaboration of the data among stakeholders.
  4. Advanced Search Feature: Admins can perform granular searches within the allow and block lists for efficient identification and management of trusted and untrusted senders.

These enhancements empower you to create a safer and more personalized communication experience. Log in to your Sophos Central account and explore these updates.
