PureMesage Unix - Digest approval request don't work

I try to release from quarantine an email from digest email, and receive this message:

This message contains information about your digest approval request. The following errors were encountered while processing your request:

Could not find record of digest '5e3a8996abb0efea2082a12d99ef8054'
