Hi Everyone, 
 Sophos is investigating the issue of scanned emails on SFOS v17.5+ intermittently being received with their encoding changed. This affects the ability of the receiving client to read the email message correctly. 
 This can result in the scanned email is being received in a garbled format with the Content-Type headers being displayed in the body of the message. The root cause has been identified and there is an interim patch available. Sophos is aiming to resolve this issue with the SFOS 17.5 MR6 update.
