Sophos Firewall traceroute shows same hop several times

Hi ,

I have a problem with Sophos if you have possibility to help . 

I have a VPN Site to Site over MPLS , but the problem is with Sophos Firewall traceroute shows same hop several times

 

Can you help to fix that? Do you have any idea if exist on Sophos any possibility configuration to fix that

    Hi, Leo, and welcome to the UTM Community!

    Although you might have a configuration error, the issue might be with the supplier of your MPLS.  Please show us a picture of traceroute where this occurs.  Obfuscate the IPs like 82.x.y.123 and tell us which IPs are where.
