WebPage allowed but when access show white blank page

HI Guys,

Need help on website I'm trying to access but seems like blocked by Sophos UTM 9

Running on Google Chrome /I.E 11

Allowed on white List

Allowed Tags

Not Running Active Domain just Normal WorkGroup

Ticked this and it blocked my site if untick it works well ( I need this to control since I don't have AD and can't use a common policy.)
