Completely removing previous SSL VPN Client from local computer

I have a VPN user (syncing through AD) who has been connecting successfully for the past year.  Two days ago he started receiving a message that "Connecting to m*****@secure.megadyne.com has failed" (Megadyne is our domain).  I tried to uninstall and re-install the VPN package after checking many other settings, however it appears that the local computer has kept the same configuration file and didn't change to a new one with the new download package.  I setup a new local account on the VPN instead of AD and re-installed from this account.  It was successful, but now the Sophos VPN client shows 2 configurations, the original AD and the new local user.  How can I remove the original AD configuration from the local computer?

Thank you,

Jeff Roberts
