FTP connection to outside server possible

Hello

As UTM we use a Sophos SG210.

My Client (Filezilla) want to connect to a webserver with FTP, but every connection times out.
my Firewall rules allow ftp connetcion, rule 4 & 7 should allow it. The firewall logs don't says anything why ftp doesnt work.

What can i do? Teamviewer, Websurfing and so on are working.

Hi iseeku,

Two questions:

Works ftp://ftp.astaro.com with your browser?

Is the transparent ftp proxy configured?

It's better enabling loggin iside the firewall rule if you are searching for problems.

I enable the FTP Proxy in "Both" mode and configure FileZilla to use the Proxy on port 2121.
