Why is the Sophos filtering UDP Ports?

Hi All,

I am new to Sophos firewalls ( Worked more on Cisco ASAs, FortiGates and Sonicwalls). I am trying to figure out why this Firewall is filtering port 5060 UDP - While it shows open for TCP when I do my nmap scans. Why is this? 

A picture of my current IPV4 rules. Any explanation would be great as the Sophos documentation I've found hasn't been the best in this regard. I checked Web Filter, IPS and so forth - can't figure out why the Sophos is filtering the ports when the firewall rules are showing Any Service allowed through.
