Block access to a list of sites based on date and time

Question

I am totally new to UTM 9, I have been asked to block access to a list of sites based on date and time, is this possible? 
 What we need is to allow access for a few days each month, to be precise every 30 days but block them the rest of the time. At the moment I know nothing about UTM 9.

Hi Nick - welcome to the UTM Community! 
 Time events cannot be set to a certain day in the month, only to a weekday. If this is a question about Web Filtering, your task can be accomplished with a Profile that is enabled/disabled by cron jobs.
