IPV6 Troubles

For a Sophos UTM, enabling IPv6 is causing a lot of failover to IPv4 events in the web content filter logs. It's a very noticeable slowdown for web browsing. I've turned off Pharming protections. I've enabled ICMP through the UTM firewall module. For DNS, I have forwarders set to both IPv4 and IPv6 DNS servers (pointing to QUAD9 DNS servers). DNSSec is enabled. Browsing mostly works for IPv6, but there are occasional slowdowns of roughly 7-15 second delays in failovers to IPv4. Simply turning off IPv6, solves the issue.

Any thoughts?
