Sophos SPX -removing backlink to Sophos

the title says it all, I'm not able to remove the sophos backlink to https://www.sophos.com/products/secure-email-gateway.aspx in my UTM-9.310-11.

I have several SPX Templates (according to the corresponding SMTP profiles) but I can't remove the sophos backlink mentioned above. Of course i activated the switch 

Remove Sophos logos

Instead of the sophos logo now our company logo shows up, but still with the activated backlink to sophos.

I've got the same issue with my UTM 9.508-10.

Does anybody have a solution for this?

The following HTML line is part of the "Sophos SPX Secure Email Reply" and after Registration by user also part of every "Encrypted email message".

No matter if i check/uncheck "remove Sophos logo" in the SPX-template. 

On the SPX-Registration Portal it's not a table, it's an "div".

Hope this helps better than an Picture. 

I can't find any webtemplate which belongs to the SPX-Service (mails and Portal) of my UTM, where i can remove the backlink by myself. Or is there one?

Hallo Rob - just noticed that you're new here - welcome to the UTM Community!

There doesn't seem to be anything related to this issue here or anywhere on the Sophos site.  This would appear to be a bug.  Your best bet would be to get a ticket open with Sophos Support.  Please come back and share what you learn.

The Answer from the Sophos Support was ...

- there is actually no possibility to remove the logo (and the Backlink too)

- there is actually no possibility to cutomize the SPX-Portal (and the Registration-Mails too)
