I updated my UTM from 9.6 to 9.700-5 last week
since that i am having email issue
the email server is external
it seems be a certificate issue
do someone meet this problem (not possible to send or receive email)

Are you facing the issue with WebMail or Outlook? Since your Email server is external, I assume you would be using one of the two options mentioned earlier.

Are you accessing webmail via the UTM's HTTP Proxy? If so, is it in Transparent mode or does your browser use an explicit proxy?
Please show us the message you see when the send fails.
