SPX Encryption backup the passwords

Hi,

due to a hardware change I want to create a backup from the UTM including the SPX passwords! Is it possible and when yes how can I do this?

    Hallo Markus,

    I would be surprised if the passwords weren't a part of the backup.  Have you already tested and found that they are not?

    Hi Bob,

    yes, it‘s right, the passwords of the SPX Encryption are not in the Backup! The Sophos UTM support confirmed this!

    For me it is unbelivable and it will take a lot of time to guide our customers through the confirmation proccess again....

    In my opinion the SPX encryption wasn‘t  developed any more by Sophos. Same bugs and features over the last years. I am really sad about that because it is a good approach to do the mail encryption, when the would continue the devoloping.
