Urgent question about home use license

I've been using Sophos UTM free for home use since 2012.

My home use free license is about to expire, so i created a new one.

Now it is showing that network protection, webserver protection, and all the rest are "inactive".

Now instead of "UTM Home Use License", it created a "Full License" with everything disabled.

I can't see any option to get a new Home Use License.

Please help?

In MyUTM, delete your expired home license and I think you should then see an option to create a new one.

I resisted doing that because it was not clear if that would shutdown my network.

Delete license is a pretty scary choice of words, when you don't know what's going to happen next.

My license is not expired, by the way. I don't want to wait until my family is kicked offline to figure out next steps.

That's not the way it works. Your license is a file on your UTM and it's included in every config backup. If you're concerned about a delete in MyUTM, download a fresh copy first as a backup.
