When will the Support webservice be back up and working?

I have been trying to log a support case via the web portal and have received the error below for about a week now: 
 
 Support case webservice down at the moment. Please try again later 
 
 When will the service be back online? I don't really want to log this call via phone.

myutm and sophserve seems to work at the moment. 
 if your case is urgend don't hesitate to open your case via phone.
