Lizenzverlängerung und Updates Sophos Endpoint Protection

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe die Sophos Endpoint Protection Lizenz verlängert. Ich habe die neuen Daten im Lizenzportal hinterlegt. Auf dem Server konnte ich dann Updates installieren.

 

Auf dem Clients wird unten Angezeigt, dass dieser durch Sophos geschützt ist und das Update Datum ist ähnlich dem auf dem Server. Aber trotzdem wir beim Hochfahren des Clients angezeigt, dass die Lizenz abgelaufen ist und verlängert werden muss.

 

Irgendwas stimmt hier nicht.

    For which Endpoint product did you extend the licensing?  I guess this is Central Endpoint or is Central Server Protection?  A picture might help.
