Outlook 2013 Encryption

I deployed 17 Outlook 2013 Sophos Encryption PC's yesterday. All successfully loaded the Outlook add-in. 12 of the 17 PC's show the Encryption button above the send button. 5 of the PC's do not. The add-in is enabled on all 17 PCs. The 5 do show the encryption button if you click on the message tab, but not in the new email message like the other 7. Any Thoughts?

    Check the plugin settings(file->options->plug-ins) in outlook for the new sophos plugin,   for some reason it installs with the encryption header TURNED OFF!    I too had *EVERY* office 2013/2016 install of mine failing until I found this *LITTLE* gotcha!
