ASG and Apple Unified Push Notifications / iPhone

Hi there,

i was searching around the forum and the web for solving an issue with 2 iPhones (3GS and 4) and Apples Push Notifications. They didnt work correctly on Wi-Fi behind an ASG.

I solved the Problem by opening the TCP Port 5223 FROM the Decive to the External Network (WAN) - no i have a Packet Filter Rule for the "iPhone-Group".

so the Packet Filter for one device (it should use a static IP - or open this port from all LAN devices): Device-IP->TCP(5223)->Any - Allow
