UTM 9.305-4 Quota Time

Just wondering if anyone has a write up on how to use the new Quota Time function. I have reviewed the release notes as well as one or two google'd web sites and it seems straight forward enough. I must be missing something however as I am unable to to click on the Quota Time functions. They are simply grey'd out / not accessible.

Half answered - Found the settings answer in the Sophos blog.

I will add that the directions should be either easier to find or exist.

Well, somewhat resolved. The UTM seems to be configured however when the test client is presented with the option to press the button to gain access to a given site, pushing the button does nothing.

Anyone else experiencing this issue? The "GO" button on the quota page presented by the UTM doesn't appear to do anything. I would expect that it would cash in a desired amount of time and move to the page requested. However it doesn't do either of those.

I can confirm that! Time Quota is not working in release 9.305-4. Same issue with warning option...

The utm is running in a loop..

AFAIK, this is not a problem that has yet been officially reported to Sophos. Someone with a license must raise a ticket.

I've spent into this issue, a little bit more time. This Issue only occurs, if the proxy is working in transparent mode. In standard mode, all is working as expected. [:)]

Please, ignore my last post. The issue is very strange. This issue occurs only in a special constellation.

The constellation is following:
- Proxy Profile is setting to standard or transparent mode
- AD SSO is configured
- Browser autoconfiguration (WPAD) is set in browser (provided by the UTM)

With manual proxy setting in the browser, all is working as expected.
Without AD authentication and wpad setting, all is working as expected.
