Error during Updates (Firmware and Avira 3 ?)

Hi Folks!

I scheduled the Installation of Firmware V9.309-3 for 4 a.m. this Morning. This Installation failed, as I can read in the Up2Date-Logfile:

But the Dashboard of the Appliance Shows me:

No new packages available

    There's a strange problem with savi as the Up2Dater thinks you have version 0.0???  I would try setting single scan to "Avira" in 'System Settings' and setting single-scan in all places where you now have dual scan.  When you run the following, confirm that the logs say there was no attempt to UP2Date savi.

    If this is a home installation (otherwise,get Sophos Support involved), you can try (I haven't tried this!):

    cd /var/up2date/avira3/
    rm u2d-avira3-9.9785-9786.patch.tgz.gpg
    /sbin/audld.plx --nosys --trigger


    If there also was an attempt to Up2Date savi, you'll need to find where you still have to disable dual-scan.  Run the last command again to confirm.  Once it's "clean," go back in, re-enable dual-scan and run the last command again to see if savi Up2Dates correctly.

    Please let us know if any of that helped.

    Two Questions before I start:

    1.
    "SAVI" is the Avira-Scanner inside the Box?

    2.
    I already use only Single-Scan (Sophos). May be it´s normal that in this constellation the Errors appear?
