I am testing Sophos Central Mobile Control for iPads with a corporate application installed. I can use configurator to make the devices supervised, enroll the devices in Sophos Mobile, and have the single app mode applied. Works perfectly. However, these devices will need to be taken out of single app mode from time to time for troubleshooting or configuration. When I try to uninstall the single app mode profile or install another profile over top of it, the status changes to "Notified" but never actually executes.
How do you get a device out of single app mode without wiping it and starting over?
