[Update] Sophos has implemented a workaround to temporarily resolve this issue while further investigation is performed for a permanent solution. Please note that due to this workaround, customers may still experience issues related to apostrophes and dashes being rewritten as question marks. For more info, please see related advisory article 133805.
Certain characters such as ' and double-byte characters are being garbled when received by the recipient via Sophos Email. This issue is experienced in the following scenarios:
- The email contains a URL that is rewritten by Time-of-click
- The email was originally sent from a web client (e.g O365 OWA)
