One of our clients use Sophos Cloud Email spam filter and emails sent to Yahoo/AOl users are going to spam. On analysis of the header, I could find below entry which means Yahoo has categorised Sophos IPs as bulk sender, hence all emails are sent to spam.

We have raised this with your support team and got the below reply
"This is a follow up to our conversation regarding the team's findings on this ticket. As we have confirmed that our IP address is not on a global blacklist, please inquire from Yahoo what specific reason for which the email is being classified as spam. The error code you received can be for reasons other than just IP blacklist."
I'm not sure why you are asking customers to contact Yahoo to whitelist IPs owned by Sophos. This is something Sophos should raise with Yahoo as we are not managing these IPs.
