Issue with Chrome and audio after Win 10 1903 upgrade

I upgraded to Windows v1903, and afterwards I seem to have lost audio in chrome. I get the following error after loading chrome:

SBIE2303 Could not hook CoGetObject (33, 1655)
SBIE2303 Could not hook RegisterDragDrop (33, 1655)
SBIE2318 DLL initialization failed for 'ole32.dll'
SBIE2303 Could not hook WinStationOpenServerW (33, 1655)
SBIE2318 DLL initialization failed for 'winsta.dll'

Everything else works fine.

I'm hoping there can be a fix...
