We have the Safeguard Enterprise 8 trial set up as syncronized file encryption and it works to encrypt/decrypt files transparently between us as well as send the files via Outlook. The Outlook add in for the popup window works fine to send as password protected, unencrypted or even set up to keep files encrypted to specified domains.
What we cannot find it how to import the Enterprise keys to a mobile the Sophos Workspace in order to open encryptef files received (e.g. via email). We have also tried the Sophos Central platform but to my understanding that only works for device encryption and not the file syncronized encryption we have set up on Safeguard Enterprise.
Can you please advise us what combination of products/licensing we need in order to
- Use syncronized file encryption withing our organization (synced with AD)
- Open encrypted files on mobiles via Sophos Workspace app or otherwise
