Reported Phish Threat email as spam but that does not appear

Hello,

 

For the second time I reported a Phish Threat mail as spam through the Sophos Outlook plugin. Unfortunately this is not in the Phish Threat report.

Spam is reported to is-spam@labs.sophos.com and I checked that mails to is-spam@labs.sophos.com are passing our XG firewall.

Any suggestions on this?

    guess I solved this... The email address in Sophos Central is another one than my sender email address  [:$]

    Is there a way to change my email address in Sophos Central? I'm Superadmin...
