Secure Email - Only showing a week's worth of email at a time

Hi all,

Is there anyway to have the mail client show all available emails rather than just a week's worth at a time? My client is needing to access all of their older emails through the app and can only see a week's worth of email that is constantly refreshing. Is there an option I'm just overlooking?

Hi Bethany,

It is possible to configure the Secure Email settings to hold up to 1-month-old emails.

Hi,

Thanks for the quick response! Is this a setting that is changed locally on the application or is this done in the management console?
