Hello I would like to know if the mobile has limitations in HUAWEY Y6 2018 ANDROID 8.0.0, I have the problem that the policies are applied only for a certain time about 2 minutes maximum and are reversed again

Hola, necesito saber si existe alguna limitante con Sophos Mobile control en HUAWEY Y6 Android 8.0.0, ya que tengo el problema que las políticas aplicadas se revierten cada cierto tiempo, es decir funcionan unos minutos y luego ya no se aplican y así sucesivamente.
