Error code -45 on package Install last iOS update

Hello,

we have the problem that the package "Install last iOS update" always fails immediately with the error message "Errorcode -45[12008][MCMDMErrorDomain]The MDM request is invalid".

The requirements are fulfilled, devices are supervised, enough battery and otherwise no further errors occur. These are iPads 2018 and iPads Air 2 and desired iOS update is 11.3.1.

    Hi Dominik,

    install in version 7, the 7.1.8 Sophos Mobile Control Patch or in version 8 the 8.0.7 Mobile Patch,

    then the problem are fixed, because there was an issue with ios 11.3, i have the same error code.
