iOS Sophos Secure Email - double contacts

We use exporting contacts.

It happens again and again that duplicate contacts are in the address book.

We suspect it is the update of the email app. The support says we are the only customer.

 

If we disable, save, and reactivate exporting, the duplicate contacts are gone again.

 

Does anyone have this behavoir?

  • We had a similar issue moving from MaaS360 to Sophos on iOS devices.  Found that the MaaS export somehow "stuck" in the local address book on transfer from Android to iPhone device.  When we "export" from Sophos, duplicates then arise.

    I googled how to delete all contacts via iCloud.  Turned Sophos export off.  Deleted all local address book contacts.  Then turned Sophos export back on.  All is well now.

  • We have the same problem. After the contacts have been deleted and the export has been reactivated, the addresses are duplicated again several times.
