[Sophos Advisory] Internet Explorer 11 crashes with Sophos Central Endpoint and Intercept X installed

We have got the latest version of Intercept X (2.0.5) but the problem where IE crash when browsing Flash sites still exists here at least.

The update solved my crashing.  To see if it's the same issue, I would suggest:

1. Install Procdump as the default post-mortem debuuger, to do so:

Create: C:\dumps\

Download - Procdump.exe from: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/procdump and save to C:\dumps\

In an admin prompt run:
CD \dumps\

procdump -ma -i C:\dumps

2. Re-create the issue and you should get 1 (possibly 2 dump files in the above location)

3. If you zip them up and send them to support they should be able to confirm if it's the same issue and should be fixed.

For reference I performed quite a bit of testing of this issue as detailed in:

If you want to take a look at the dump yourself having downloaded the SDK and installed Windbg (Debugging Tools for Windows), you could check it against the above post to see if it's similar.  I.e. references to dinput8.dll or maybe other DirectX modules.
