This article describes a problem where Sophos Central Endpoint and Intercept X causes Internet Explorer 11 to crash when browsing a Flash page.
Applies to the following Sophos product(s) and version(s) Central Windows Endpoint Intercept X 2.0.3
Customers cannot browse to Flash sites in Internet Explorer 11 if Central Endpoint with Intercept X is installed.
The fix is currently in development and is expected to be pushed out to Central customers by the end of May 2018.
Uninstall the Flash plugin or use a different browser.
