you did install a managed (by SEC) version and you get this after installation? If so, please see this thread. If it doesn't help please post the mentioned RMS logs.

sav-rms.log.raryou did install a managed (by SEC) version and you get this after installation? No, it was working fine before, recently the AIX agents was showing disconect from console, then i try to to reinstall and reboot. still the agent showing disconnect from console.

as far as I can see, it fails to connect to port 8192 on two IPv4 and two IPv6 addresses, when trying the FQDN and the NetBIOS name it gets a Not owner and No such file or directory error respectively. Can't say though what they signify and whether the data returned or something else is the cause.
If you telnet from the AIX machine to port 8192 you should get an IOR that you could parse here. Also the question is why the IP addresses (in the sav-rms log on the lines with Getting parent router IOR) don't work.
