Sophos - Comparison failure red cross on sophos icon

Hi 

we have an user that has some trouble with sophos,

the AV seems to be updating correctly but after some minute a red cross appears.

On the sophos enterprise console we saw a "Comparison failure" on the Policy compliance.

 

Any ideas?
