Sophos - Comparison failure red cross on sophos icon

Hi

we have an user that has some trouble with sophos,

the AV seems to be updating correctly but after some minute a red cross appears.

On the sophos enterprise console we saw a "Comparison failure" on the Policy compliance.

Any ideas?

Hello FM,

for which policy (most of the time it's AV)?
An Agent trace should give some insight, or you could simply try to reinstall over the existing installation.
