Troj/TDL3Mem-B Removal

Can you please confirm the version of Sophos Anti-Virus installed, operating system and service pack level ?

that trojan goes right through Sophos 9.5.5 on windows XP SP3.

There is a newer variant that also goes through.

Yep, this is still happening... Blew right through.  I called tech Support two hours ago, sat on hold for a while, left callback info, no callback. Thanks to Kapersky for making Sophos look bad by having a removal tool. I've been a Sophos reseller for a couple years now and still it's a crapshoot for removal, using a Web appliance and Endpoint and it still got through. I know it's hard to keep up all the time, but other vendors having tools that Sophos doesn't... wrong answer.
