Sophos AntiVirus has detected  Troj/TDL3Mem-B and has referred me here to ask for further assistance. Looking for anyone who can assist me in removal of this! Thanks in advance!

    Yep, this is still happening... Blew right through.  I called tech Support two hours ago, sat on hold for a while, left callback info, no callback. Thanks to Kapersky for making Sophos look bad by having a removal tool. I've been a Sophos reseller for a couple years now and still it's a crapshoot for removal, using a Web appliance and Endpoint and it still got through. I know it's hard to keep up all the time, but other vendors having tools that Sophos doesn't... wrong answer.
