malicious Emails are passing

hi,

please i have an urgent issue , we are doing POC for sophos email appliance but am facing huge problem that some emails are going from my account to to my inside users automatically but i didn't send it and in the outlook its not available in the sent items as well. something wrong in the appliance kindly find down mail logs and how its sending
